THE WATCH

So I scanned through my OnDemand options many times on Saturday evening and kept coming up empty.
I finally settle on The Watch. The Watch Stars Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill and some English Bloak Richard Ayoade.

Is it just me or does Ben Stiller give the same performance in every movie? Nerdy, scared dude. Well he does it again here. As a matter of a fact if you have seen Vince Vaughn or Jonah Hill in anything, they are the same too. The only difference in this movie is the fact that some aliens are blowing up the block. The movie had some funny moments for sure and the English guy is pretty funny. Will Forte does a good job as the cop in this one too but the plot itself seemed forced around the actors.

It's not bad if you are on your second lap on the OnDemand menu. But if you can skip it, please do.

Improvements: Deeper Plot.

SKYFALL

Bond. James Bond. I've been saying it since I was a kid and always pictured a Sean Conery or perhaps Roger Moore. It is a must for me to see all the new Bond films in the theater on opening weekend and so I continued the trend with Sam Mendes Skyfall.

From the witty one liners, to the dapper suits, Daniel Craig never drops a beat. The scenes filmed in Shanghai and the casino are memorable. Javier Bardem delivers a superb performance as villain Raoul Silva. The two bond girls are hot and the French one in particular is quite easy on the eyes.

Between the thick plot, beautiful locations and intense action the movie did not disappoint. Quite frankly it was awesome. I would rate it in my top 5 Bond films of all time.

Improvements: No one smokes anymore. Bring it back
